At Àníkẹ́ Originals, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Body butters, scalp oils, and hair products if the safety seal is broken or the product has been used.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the item(s) back to us.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item(s) are safely returned to us. Àníkẹ́ Originals is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.

If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item(s) to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at AnikeOriginals@Gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
